I accidently bought a HPA Tank off of ebay without a regulator, is it worth trying to buy a regulator and finding someone to put it on or would it be better just to sell it and go buy another one?

myth regs are selling on ebay for just under $40 right now. So it will depend on how long the hydro is on your bottle and can you recoup the total cost of what you bought the bottle for. And what is the total cost of buying a $35 reg and adding it to your bottle, and what the total cost of buying a complete bottle with reg will be.

Does the reg need to be installed by a place that specializes in something like that, or can I get it done at say, the 1pb pro shop, or even do it myself? I'm proably just going to buy one of those myth regs.

#1 may be able to install it for you. Command Post may be able to do it also. You can do it yourself if you have strap wrenches to do it with. It needs to be torqued to something like 40# so that it won't come loose during regular use.
